Communication is so important and unfortunately can easily be allowed to slide, which often results in a poor experience for the client. My aim is to ensure you are always up to date with what's happening and feel comfortable that the job is under control. Delays happen, sometimes they can't be avoided but I will always work totally transparently so you can understand what's happening and why!
